If you are located outside our standard service area, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs or refer you to a trusted partner.
Garage Door Max provides free estimates for all services. An estimate is a non-binding quote based on the information available at the time it is provided. Final pricing is subject to the technician's on-site assessment of the actual condition of your garage door system.
Work will begin only after you have reviewed and approved the estimate provided by our technician. We will never start work without your explicit approval.
Prices may vary based on parts availability, labor complexity, and current market conditions. Any price changes from the initial estimate will be communicated to you before work proceeds.
Garage Door Max offers 24/7 emergency garage door service for urgent situations such as a door that will not open or close, posing a security or safety risk. Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before any work begins.
Emergency response times depend on technician availability and location. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific response times for emergency calls.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We offer same-day service 7 days a week, subject to availability. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Garage Door Max warrants its labor for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage is void if damage is caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or events outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Door Max's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
